FRANCES HARPER RASCO, 75, Oneonta, died May 14, 2018. Predeceasing her were parents O.D. and Marie Wadkins Harper and stepson Patrick Rasco. Surviving are husband Ivan Rasco; stepson Matthew Rasco; brother Willie D. (Bonnie) Harper; grandchildren, nieces, nephews. Carl Vonnoh officiated the 3 p.m. service held May 17 at Lemley Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Wynnville Cemetery.

Doty birth

Brent McCay Doty was born April 13, 2018, to Tyler and Kelly Doty of Cleveland, at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Birmingham. Brent weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. Proud grandparents are Keith and Joanna McCay of Locust Fork, and Cully and René Doty of Cleveland. Brent is also welcomed by siblings Jake and Audrey.

DeCicco earns doctorate
