Nicholas Shane Osborn, 39, of Oneonta, a former Oneonta Police Department sergeant fired four months ago for a felony DUI charge, was arrested Thursday, Dec. 14, on multiple child sex charges. Oneonta raises towing and impoundment fees


Responding to prior requests by local wrecker service providers Skint Knuckle Garage and Glover Wrecker, the Oneonta City Council amended its ordinance to raise towing, administrative, and storage charges for impounded vehicles.
