Herrington pleads guilty

Teddy Herrington, 60, pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge as part of a plea deal in Blount County District Court on Monday for setting fires during the severe drought in November 2016. According to the Blount County Circuit Clerk’s Office, Herrington must pay $647 in fines and court costs. He did not serve any jail time for this offense.
