Paving project funding approved


A special council meeting was held on May 18 to discuss an ordinance authorizing a general obligation warrant for a maximum of $1 million for a paving project. Completing a bit longer than usual journey, Oneonta native Travis Sims graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., last month.
