Blount wins JSU chapter of the year

Dr. Joe Brindley of Oneonta is shown accepting the Distinguished Chapter of the Year award from Jacksonville State University national alumni president, Darren Douthitt. Brindley represented the Blount County chapter, which each year raises money and awards scholarships for deserving local students. Approximately 100 students from Blount County attend JSU.
