Appalachian defends the passing attack of West Point in Oneonta’s 7-on-7 tournament held earlier this month. High school football practice starts in two weeks with the season openers set for the last week of August. The Blount Countian’s Pre-Season Football Tab will come out the week of the first game.

AHSAA honors two schools from county
