2018 election on horizon

Here’s what’s up for grabs...

It may seem too soon to start talking about another round of elections before the people have recovered the last, but the broad outlines of the general election for 2018 are already visible. Below is a summary of the county, state, and federal offices that Blount County citizens will vote on. Names of current office holders are shown in parenthesis for each office that will be included in the 2018 general election. No attempt has been made to determine at this point which current office holders will definitely run for re-election.
