Blount County and Oneonta arrest reports

From July 30 – Aug 6, the Blount County Sheriff’s Office and other departments made 45 arrests. A 21- year-old Hayden male was arrested on six counts including receiving stolen property 1st, theft by deception, theft of property 1st, burglary 3rd, domestic violence 3rd, and failure to appear on child support review. Two were arrested for five counts. A 28-year-old Adamsville man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appears for no seat belt, driving while license, canceled, revoked, or suspended, no proof of insurance, and expired tag. The other man, a 42-year-old male from Oneonta, was arrested for driving under the influence, improper backing, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, no proof of insurance, and false information.

Other Blount County arrests included – three holds for Marshall County, one hold for St. Clair County, two counts including possession of forged instrument 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, failure to appear for promoting prison contraband and a probation violation for attempted murder, failure to appear for theft of property 1st, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property 3rd, an indictment for criminally negligent homicide, one arrest for two counts including domestic violence 3rd and resisting arrest, one for theft of property 2nd and receiving stolen property 2nd, failure to appear on possession of controlled substances, one for driving without a license and no proof of insurance, and one arrest was made by judges orders for two days in jail.

One arrest was made for two counts including harassment/harassing communications and theft of property 3rd, judges orders prompted a hold for 24 hours, and another arrest for a count of promoting prison contraband 2nd along with a judge order for a 24-hour hold, one arrest was made for nonsupport, one for two counts including driving while license suspended, canceled, or revoked and improper tag, and three separate arrests were made for possession of drug paraphernalia.
