CLEVELAND YOUTH SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL will hold registration each Saturday through Feb. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cleveland Town Hall. Registration fee is $85 for the first child, $64 for the second, and $55 for three or more children. This fee does not include uniforms. ALABAMA AVENGERS, A SEMI-PRO FOOTBALL TEAM, is looking for the oldest living high school football player in the county. These men will be honorary captains for the team’s first three home games during the upcoming season. The team has several promotions scheduled for the upcoming season, including Letterman Jacket Day on Feb. 27 when anyone wearing a letterman’s jacket will be admitted to the game at half price. Advance tickets are now on sale. Season tickets are $30 for six home games; tickets at the gate will be $8 each and children 10-and-under will be admitted free. ONEONTA YOUTH BASEBALL REGISTRATION continues through Feb. 20. Players can register at the Oneonta Rec Center from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and at the Depot at the Oneonta Rec Park each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Cost is $95 per child.
