I read with interest several articles in your newspaper recently. I wanted to add some additional information relating to the County Commission’s efforts to preserve our beautiful historic covered bridges. More ... I am very concerned about the state of Blount County's three remaining covered bridges. If you have not visited them lately you would not believe the state they are in.
